For learners under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required before tutoring can begin. A responsible adult should be aware of session times and how learning support is being delivered.
To allow adequate time for preparing personalised lesson materials, session fees should be paid via bank transfer at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures that every session is well planned and tailored to the learner’s needs.

Sessions are delivered online and personalised to the learner?s needs, goals, and exam board. Students may be given optional tasks between lessons to support progress.
